De La Vigencia Y Ámbito De Actividades

Decreto 775 de 1990 · por el cual se reglamentan parcialmente los Títulos III, V, VI, VII y XI de la Ley 09 de 1979, sobre uso y manejo de plaguicidas.

De la vigencia y ámbito de actividades. La licencia de que trata el artículo anterior tendrá una vigencia de dos (2) años, contados a partir de la fecha de su expedición y ampara al interesado para las actividades específicas indicadas en la misma jurisdicción del Servicio Seccional de Salud que concede la licencia.

Parágrafo

Para adelantar actividades diferentes, el interesado deberá elevar nueva solicitud para obtener la licencia respectiva una vez cumplidos los trámites correspondientes conforme al presente Decreto.
