° El Servicio Social Obligatorio en los programas universitarios o tecnológicos de que trata el artículo 1° del presente Decreto, será prestado en entidades oficiales y en entidades de Salud de carácter privado sin ánimo de lucro. Dichas entidades se encontrarán ubicadas en zonas rurales o en zonas marginadas de los centros urbanos, o en su defecto, desarrollarán programas de salud que atiendan emergencias, calamidades públicas o programas docentes de tipo científico o investigativo.
