Modifícase el numeral 6. 1.1 del artículo 6° del Decreto 1404 del 5 de mayo de 2005, el cual quedará así: "6.1.1 Las acciones se ofrecerán a través de oferta pública que tendrá una vigencia mínima de dos (2) meses, contados a partir del día siguiente a la fecha en que se publique el aviso de oferta. La oferta pública se podrá realizar, según lo determine el Reglamento de Suscripción, a través de la Bolsa de Valores de Colombia, o utilizando cualquier otro mecanismo idóneo que garantice amplia publicidad y libre concurrencia".
