Adiciónese El Parágrafo 2° Al Artículo 3

Decreto 1235 de 2020 · por el cual se modifica el Decreto número 2555 de 2010 en lo relacionado con las reglas para la emisión en el mercado de valores, se reglamenta el artículo 2° del Decreto Legislativo 817 de 2020 y se dictan otras disposiciones.

Adiciónese el

Parágrafo 2

al artículo 3.1.1.10.2 del Decreto número 2555 de 2010, el cual quedará así: “

Parágrafo 2

Cuando se presenten situaciones extraordinarias que afecten de manera grave la operación del fondo de inversión colectiva, la sociedad administradora del fondo podrá sobrepasar temporalmente el límite fijado en el numeral 2 del presente artículo, siempre y cuando se garanticen los derechos de los inversionistas del fondo de inversión colectiva y se informe de manera simultánea a la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia”.
