Excepción. La Dimar autorizará el transporte de carga general o a granel en buques de distinta especialidad, en los casos en que las necesidades del comercio exterior y de los usuarios así lo demanden y siempre que la operación sea técnicamente posible, prevaleciendo los requerimientos de seguridad.

Parágrafo 1

Las naves pesqueras no podrán transportar carga general, excepto en los casos establecidos en el presente artículo.

Parágrafo 2
