La prescripción de preparados en cuya composición entren drogas o sustancias que producen dependencia física o síquica en dosis terapéuticas hará de hacerse en los formularios oficiales diseñados para efectos, los cuales serán suministrados a los médicos por conducto de los servicios de salud Departamentales o Municipales.
