Serán Beneficiarios De Estas Asignaciones, La Viuda, Los Hijos, Los Padres, Los Hermanos, Sean Ellos Legítimos O Naturales, A Quienes El Oficial O Suboficial Sostenía Económicamente En La Fecha De Su Fallecimiento

° Serán beneficiarios de estas asignaciones, la viuda, los hijos, los padres, los hermanos, sean ellos legítimos o naturales, a quienes el Oficial o Suboficial sostenía económicamente en la fecha de su fallecimiento.

Parágrafo

En los casos en que el Oficial o Suboficial fallecido estuviera sosteniendo en la fecha de su muerte a dos o más personas de las anteriormente enumeradas, la asignación se distribuirá entre ellos proporcionalmente a las cuotas que se establezca que el Oficial o Suboficial estaba pasándoles.
