El que ha contratado con el acarreador para el transporte de una persona o carga, es obligado a pagar el precio o flete del transporte i el resarcimiento de daños ocasionados por hecho o culpa del pasajero o de su familia o sirvientes trabajadores o empleados, o por el vicio de la carga.
