Cualquiera de las partes podrá solicitar la revocatoria o la sustitución de la medida de aseguramiento, por una sola vez y ante el juez de control de garantías que corresponda, presentando los elementos materiales probatorios o la información legalmente obtenidos que permitan inferir razonablemente que han desaparecido los requisitos del artículo 308. Contra esta decisión no procede recurso alguno.
