El numeral 2 del artículo 391 del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo, quedará así:
La junta directiva, una vez instalada, procederá a elegir sus dignatarios. En todo caso, el cargo de fiscal del sindicato corresponderá a la fracción mayoritaria de las minoritarias.
