º Destinase el predio denominado San Cristóbal para el establecimiento de las fábricas de municiones del Gobierno, para lo cual el Ministerio de Hacienda hará entrega real y material del fundo con sus linderos, al Ministerio de Guerra, quien cuidara de la conservación, mejora y arbolización de las orillas del rio Fucha, y saneamiento de las aguas.
