Art. 75. Además del estanquillo que debe haber en cada distrito parroquial podrán los estanqueros establecer dos o mas en cada uno, i también en aquellos lugares en que por su distancia o población, juzgaren conveniente establecerlos de acuerdo con el administrador del ramo, siempre que dichos estanquillos puedan ser vijilados e inspeccionados por la autoridad política o judicial respectiva.
