Sólo serán demandables ante la Jurisdicción Contencioso- Administrativa las resoluciones que fallan las excepciones y ordenan la ejecución. La admisión de la demanda no suspende el proceso de cobro, pero el remate no se realizará hasta que exista pronunciamiento definitivo de dicha jurisdicción.
