º En Concordancia Con El Artículo 983 Del Código De Comercio, Para La Constitución De Personas Jurídicas Que Tengan Por Objeto La Prestación Del Servicio Público De Transporte En Taxis, Se Deber Obtener De La Autoridad Competente Autorización Previa De Constitución, La Cual Deber Protocolizarse Con La Respectiva Escritura O Se Agregar Al Documento De Fundación, Debidamente Autenticada

º En concordancia con el artículo 983 del Código de Comercio, para la constitución de personas jurídicas que tengan por objeto la prestación del servicio público de transporte en taxis, se deber obtener de la autoridad competente autorización previa de constitución, la cual deber protocolizarse con la respectiva escritura o se agregar al documento de fundación, debidamente autenticada.

Parágrafo

Las personas naturales que pretendan constituirse como empresas de servicio público de transporte en taxis, no requieren de autorización previa de constitución.
