: Tribunal de Capitanes. Con el fin de asesorar las investigaciones por accidentes o siniestros marítimos el Capitán de Puerto podrá constituir un Tribunal de Capita nes, integrado por tres (3) miembros. Para ser miembro del Tribunal de Capitanes se requiere ser Capitán de Altura o Ingeniero Jefe, u Oficial Superior de la Armada Nacional en servicio activo o en retiro, o perito naval inscrito, de la categoría A o equivalente.
