En esta audiencia se determinará la calidad de víctima, de conformidad con el artículo 132 de este código. Se reconocerá su representación legal en caso de que se constituya. De existir un número plural de víctimas, el juez podrá determinar igual número de representantes al de defensores para que intervengan en el transcurso del juicio oral.
