El Ministerio de Educación, mediante la colaboración de las Academias Colombianas de la Lengua y de la Historia, editara las obras completas de Rafael Uribe Uribe, precedidas dela biografía a que se refiere el artículo siguiente, en edición no inferior a cinco mil ejemplares, para ser repartidos convenientemente por el Ministerio y las Academias mencionadas dentro y fuera del país.
