Decreto 515 de 1986 · Por el cual se reglamenta parcialmente el Decreto 2845 de 1984 y se dictan disposiciones sobre el deporte, la educación física y la recreación.

La inspección, vigilancia y control a que se refiere el artículo anterior, se podrá ejercer a través de una o más de las siguientes acciones

1.

Con solicitud de informes sobre hechos en los que se presuma o se denuncie la posible existencia de irregularidades;

2.

Mediante visitas, para comprobar la ocurrencia de irregularidades y los posibles responsables, de la cual se levantará acta.

Parágrafo

Del resultado de la visita se informará a la autoridad que otorgó la personería jurídica, al Director del Instituto Colombiano de la Juventud y el Deporte (Coldeportes) o el de la junta administradora seccional de deportes correspondiente, para lo de su competencia y, especialmente para que verifique si es preciso suspender o revocar definitivamente el reconocimiento deportivo que les corresponde otorgar a dichas entidades.
