Art. 311. Si al cumplirse lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior, alguno ó algunos de los Jurados estuvieren legítimamente impedidos para concurrir al acto, ó fueren excusados, ó hubieren dejado de ser designados ó estuvieren ausentes, sin esperarse de pronto su regreso, se tendrá por anulada la causa, respecto de los cargos a que se refieran las informalidades que se van á subsanar, y se sorteará un nuevo Jurado.
