Article 87

Será Sancionada Con Multa De Uno (1) A Tres (3) Salarios Mínimos Legales Mensuales Vigentes La Empresa De Transporte Público Terrestre Automotor De Pasajeros Y/O Mixto Por Carretera, Que Incurra En Cualquiera De Las Siguientes Faltas: A) No Entregar Al Instituto Nacional De Transporte Y Tránsito Cuando Éste Lo Solicite, Datos Que Según Las Normas Vigentes Deben Suministrar Con Fines De Información O De Estudio; B) Permitir La Circulación De Vehículos De La Empresa Sin Sus Distintivos O Sin Portar Su Razón Social En Aviso Visible; C) No Aplicar El Reglamento De Funcionamiento

Será sancionada con multa de uno (1) a tres (3) salarios mínimos legales mensuales vigentes la empresa de transporte público terrestre automotor de pasajeros y/o mixto por carretera, que incurra en cualquiera de las siguientes faltas

No entregar al Instituto Nacional de Transporte y Tránsito cuando éste lo solicite, datos que según las normas vigentes deben suministrar con fines de información o de estudio;

Permitir la circulación de vehículos de la empresa sin sus distintivos o sin portar su razón social en aviso visible;

No aplicar el reglamento de funcionamiento.
