No Se Causará El Recargo Establecido En El Artículo Anterior En Los Siguientes Casos: A) Cuando Se Trate De Contribuyentes Que Tengan Vinculado Mas Del 75% De Su Patrimonio Bruto A Actividades Agrícolas O Ganaderas

º. No se causará el recargo establecido en el artículo anterior en los siguientes casos

Cuando se trate de contribuyentes que tengan vinculado mas del 75% de su patrimonio bruto a actividades agrícolas o ganaderas.

Cuando los precios de las mercancías o servicios que constituyan el objeto de los negocios del contribuyente, hayan sido fijados directamente por dependencias oficiales.
