El Consejo De Ministros Se Compondrá De Todos Los Ministros Del Despacho Ejecutivo Y Del Presidente De La República En Ejercicio, Quien Lo Presidirá

º. El Consejo de Ministros se compondrá de todos los Ministros del Despacho Ejecutivo y del Presidente de la República en ejercicio, quien lo presidirá.

Parágrafo

Las faltas del Presidente en las sesiones del Consejo se llenarán por el Ministro de Gobierno, y, en defecto de éste, por uno de los Ministros presentes, teniendo en cuenta la precedencia entre ellos establecida por la Ley.
