Artículo once. La pesca de la langosta únicamente podrá hacerse por empresas ciento por ciento colombianas, y para dedicar su producto exclusivamente al consumo interno. En consecuencia, queda prohibida su exportación, y en caso de llevarse a afecto serán decomisados los productos, sin perjuicio de la sanción de a que hubiere lugar.
