ARTICULO 3.8.2.2.- APORTES ADICIONALES VOLUNTARIOS. Sin perjuicio del límite establecido por el artículo anterior para los aportes que el trabajador se obliga a realizar al fondo, en los estatutos de este podrá preverse que los trabajadores pueden realizar aportes adicionales al fondo con base en sus ingresos laborales, de manera voluntaria y ocasional.
