Articulo 53 . La licencia de funcionamiento que expidan las entidades concedentes por un (1) año a favor de los concesionarios, tendrán un valor de cinco mil pesos ($ 5.000.00). El valor de la licencia podrá ser reajustado cada dos (2) años a juicio del Ministerio de Salud, teniendo en cuenta las condiciones del mercado y de las conveniencias económicas de tal determinación.
