ARTICULO 60. Ira e intenso dolor. El que comentaba el hecho en estado de ira o de intenso dolor, causado por comportamiento ajeno grave e injusto, incurrirá en pena no mayor de la mitad del máximo ni menor de la tercera parte del mínimo de la señalada en la respectiva disposición.
