Articulo 71 . El procedimiento para la aplicación a los concesionarios y a los vendedores o colocadores por violaciones a las normas establecidas para el juego de apuestas permanentes se iniciara de oficio, a solicitud o información de funcionario publico, por denuncia o queja debidamente presentada por cualquier persona.
