Artículo único. Declárase incluida en el Presupuesto de Gastos para la vigencia económica de 1886 a 1888, la cantidad de quince mil pesos (15,000) para pagar a los Sres. López y Navarro, de Bolívar, lo que ha resultado a debérseles por los viajes que en buques de vapor han hecho en el río Lebrija, de acuerdo con el contrato celebrado en Marzo de mil ochocientos ochenta y uno entre S. S. el Ministro de Fomento y el representante de dichos i Sres., Sr. Manuel C. Bello.
