Los Magistrados del Consejo Superior tendrán derecho al sueldo, gastos de representación, primas, incluidas la prima técnica de que trata el Decreto-ley número 1016 del 17 de abril de 1991, bonificaciones y demás prestaciones establecidas para los Magistrados de la Corte Suprema de Justicia y del Consejo de Estado. Así mismo tendrán derecho a la pensión vitalicia en los términos que señala el Decreto número 546 de 1971, artículo 11. Los Magistrados tendrán una remuneración no inferior a la de los Ministros del Despacho y en ningún caso inferior a la de los Congresistas.
