Vigencia. La licencia de funcionamiento para la sede principal, sucursales y puestos de las empresas de vigilancia privada, será concedida por el término de dos (2) años contados a partir de la expedición de la misma, y se renovará por el mismo término a la fecha de expiración, previo cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos en el artículo 25 del presente Decreto. CAPITULO IV Requisitos para expedir la licencia de funcionamiento por primera vez a las empresas de vigilancia privada.
