º La Prima De Navidad De Que Trata El Parágrafo 2º Del Artículo 43 Del Decreto 2247 De 1984, Sólo Se Liquidará Y Pagará En La Forma Allí Establecida, Cuando El Empleado Público Que Cumple La Comisión Permanente En El Exterior, Se Encuentre En Desempeño De Ella El 30 De Noviembre Del Respectivo Año

Parágrafo 2

del artículo 43 del Decreto 2247 de 1984, sólo se liquidará y pagará en la forma allí establecida, cuando el empleado público que cumple la comisión permanente en el exterior, se encuentre en desempeño de ella el 30 de noviembre del respectivo año.
