ARTICULO 3.3.3.11.- INFORMACION FINANCIERA Y COMERCIAL. Las sociedades comisionistas de bolsa deberán presentar sus estados financieros y demás información comercial a la Superintendencia de Valores o al organismo que ésta determine, de acuerdo con las instrucciones que al respecto aquélla imparta. La Superintendencia de Valores deberá publicar u ordenar la publicación de los estados financieros e indicadores de las sociedades comisionistas, en los que se muestre la situación de cada una de éstas y la del sector en su conjunto.
