Del Decreto 884 De 14 De Abril Del Presente Año, Las Personas Designadas Para Integrar Juntas Asesoras O Consultivas Nacionales, Cuando Sus Funciones No Sean Continuas Y Disfruten De Una Remuneración Eventual, Así Como También Cuando No Tengan Asignada Remuneración Alguna Por El Ejercicio De Sus Funciones, Siempre Que En El Decreto O Resolución De Nombramiento Así Se Disponga

Artículo único. Quedan comprendidos en la excepción contenida en el

Parágrafo

del artículo 1º del Decreto 884 de 14 de abril del presente año, las personas designadas para integrar juntas asesoras o consultivas nacionales, cuando sus funciones no sean continuas y disfruten de una remuneración eventual, así como también cuando no tengan asignada remuneración alguna por el ejercicio de sus funciones, siempre que en el decreto o resolución de nombramiento así se disponga.
