En las sedes que no sean capital de Departamento integran el Comité Regional de Coordinación Gubernamental un delegado del Gobernador, Intendente o Comisario respectivo, quienes lo presidirán, el Alcalde Municipal de la sede, los Agentes Seccionales de las Entidades del orden nacional del Sector Agropecuario y el Gerente Regional o Jefe de Area del Incora.
