OMISION EN EL INFORME DE RIESGOS PROFESIONALES. El patrono o la empresa que no informe a sus trabajadores sobre los riesgos profesionales a que están sometidos, sus efectos y las medidas preventivas que deben adoptar, será amonestado por escrito, por la primera vez y, por cada violación subsiguiente, se le impondrá una multa de uno (1) a diez (10) salarios mínimos mensuales, sin exceder de trescientos mil pesos ($ 300.000).
