Los Comandos Superiores de tropas tendrán a sus órdenes el personal combatiente y de administración que fije el Decreto de dotaciones. A dicho personal le corresponde dentro de los Comandos los trabajos que se derivan de su cometido especial, sin que constituyan un escalón entre los Comandos Superiores y las Unidades subordinadas a ellos.
