° El Instituto Nacional de Abastecimientos tendrá las .secciones necesarias para el cumplimiento de los fines que determina el artículo 2° de la Ley 5ª de 1944. La Junta Directiva creará, cuando lo estime conveniente, dichas secciones, las cuales funcionarán de acuerdo con los reglamentos que para cada caso dicte la misma Junta.
