Articulo 12° La pensión alimenticia que señalan los Presupuestos nacionales para los Directores, Subdirectores, Celadores y porteros de las Escuelas Normales es parte de los sueldos de los mismos, y consiguientemente tienen derecho a ella en los meses de vacaciones. En estos meses se pagara personalmente a los interesados, mediante las formalidades legales.
