Los encargados del recaudo de la Cuota de Compensación Militar, se abstendrán de aceptar pago a los individuos aparezcan como primeros o segundos suplentes en las actas respectivas, mientras no hayan transcurrido 40 días a partir la incorporación del contingente, en cuyo caso deberán esperar una especial de los Comandantes de Distrito Militar.
