De Las Funciones Del Viceministro De Desarrollo Urbano

Decreto 150 de 1998 · por el cual se reestructura el Viceministerio de Vivienda, Desarrollo Urbano y Agua Potable del Ministerio de Desarrollo Económico, se determinan las funciones de sus dependencias y se redefinen las funciones del Consejo Superior de Vivienda, Desarrollo Urbano y Agua Potable.

°. De las funciones del Viceministro de Desarrollo Urbano. El Viceministro de Desarrollo Urbano, además de las funciones previstas en el Decreto 2152 de 1992, cumplirá las siguientes funciones

Apoyar y prestar la cooperación técnica a las entidades territoriales en la implementación de los instrumentos y mecanismos de ordenamiento del territorio municipal y distrital.

Planificador, coordinar y promover la Política Nacional Urbana del Plan Nacional de Desarrollo.
