DE LOS EMPLEADOS PUBLICOS EN PERIODO DE PRUEBA. Para los mismos efectos señalados en el artículo anterior, los empleados públicos en período de prueba en la carrera administrativa a quienes se les suprima el cargo en el Ministerio, tendrán derecho a la siguiente indemnización:
