Los Gobernadores De Los Departamentos Dictarán Oportunamente Todas Las Providencias Que Sean Necesarias Para Que Los Alcaldes Cumplan Con Los Deberes Que Se Les Imponen, A La Vez Que Les Exigirán La Responsabilidad En Que Pudieren Incurrir Por Morosidad, Omisión O Descuido En El Cumplimiento Y Ejecución De Las Disposiciones Anteriores, Según Lo Prevenido En El Código Penal

º Los Gobernadores de los Departamentos dictarán oportunamente todas las providencias que sean necesarias para que los Alcaldes cumplan con los deberes que se les imponen, a la vez que les exigirán la responsabilidad en que pudieren incurrir por morosidad, omisión o descuido en el cumplimiento y ejecución de las disposiciones anteriores, según lo prevenido en el Código Penal.

Parágrafo

Los Oficiales de Reclutamiento velarán por el cumplimiento del presente Decreto en los Distritos Militares de su jurisdicción.
