Art. 44. Si cambiaren las denominaciones de los empleados á quese refiere el número 1º del artículo anterior, y conservaren sus funciones en lo principal y más sustancial, los nuevos empleados correrán la suerte de los anteriores en cuanto á las autoridades que deban juzgarlos.
