ARTICULO 98. Control judicial de las medidas de seguridad. Transcurrido el término mínimo de duración de cada medida de seguridad el juez está en la obligación de solicitar semestralmente, informaciones tendientes a establecer si la medida debe continuar, suspenderse o modificarse.
