Para el ejercicio de las facultades que se otorgar al Presidente de la República por esta Ley, aquél estará asesorado por una comisión consultiva constituída por dos Senadores y dos Representantes elegidos por las respectivas Corporaciones, y por la Sala de Consulta y Servicio Civil del Consejo de Estado.
