º Conflictos de interés. Las Administradoras y sus directores, administradores o representantes legales deberán abstenerse de realizar cualquier operación que pueda dar lugar a conflictos de interés entre ellas o sus accionistas o aportantes de capital y el Fondo que administran. La Superintendencia Bancaria podrá calificar, de oficio o a petición de parte, la existencia de tales conflictos, para lo cual oirá previamente al Consejo Asesor de dicha entidad. Cuando su matriz sea una de las entidades a que se refiere el artículo 1º de la Ley 45 de 1990, las Administradoras no podrán realizar las operaciones a que se refieren los artículos 2º y 3º de la citada Ley.
