Art. 4º Créase un nuevo Juzgado en el Circuito de Santo Domingo, Departamento de Antioquia, que se denominará Juzgado 2° del Circuito en lo criminal y conocerá de los asuntos criminales. En dicho Circuito conocerá como Juez 1º el que en la actualidad funciona como Juez único y conocerá de los asuntos civiles únicamente.
