Quórum. La Junta Directiva podrá reunirse, deliberar y adoptar decisiones válidamente con la presencia y los votos de cinco (5) de sus miembros, entre los cuales deberá estar el del Ministro de Justicia y del Derecho o su delegado. Las decisiones se adoptarán con el voto favorable de por lo menos cuatro de los miembros presentes.

Parágrafo

Para la toma de las decisiones a que se refieren los numerales 3, 4, 6 y 9 del artículo 9º se requerirá el voto favorable del Ministro de Justicia y del Derecho o su delegado.
