Reuniones. La Junta Directiva se reunirá ordinariamente una vez al mes en el día que ella misma fije y extraordinariamente cada vez que sea convocada por el Presidente de la Junta Directiva o por el Gerente General. Podrán ser invitados con voz pero sin voto, aquellas personas que la Junta Directiva determine cuando se considere que los temas a tratar así lo requieren. Las citaciones a las reuniones ordinarias de la Junta Directiva deberá hacerlas el Secretario de la Junta Directiva con una antelación mínima de tres (3) días hábiles, por escrito u otro medio de comunicación eficaz.
