Artículo catorce . Los envases para conserva de los mismos, o cualquier producto extranjero que se emplee en la elaboración de conservas dentro de las plantas flotantes, quedan sujetas al régimen de importación que rija en el país cuando el producto así elaborado se destine al consumo nacional.
